By accessing or using ChrononLabs' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use License

ChrononLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our anti-cheat protection system for supported games, including Garry's Mod, Rust, Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, and Minecraft.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with ChrononLabs' anti-cheat system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any game's terms of service
• Distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services

4. Data Collection and Privacy

ChrononLabs collects and processes data to detect cheating attempts. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChrononLabs' services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChrononLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

7. Modifications to Terms

ChrononLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with arbitration conducted remotely or in a mutually agreed location.

10. Payments

Payment processing services for ChrononLabs are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the 'Stripe Services Agreement'). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to use ChrononLabs, you consent to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, which may be modified by Stripe periodically. As a condition of ChrononLabs enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business, and you authorize ChrononLabs to share this information along with transaction details related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

11. Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases: You may request a refund for unused credits purchased on our website within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for used or partially used credits.
2. Server Purchases on the Dashboard: If you create a new server by entering an IP address, port, selecting a game, and naming the server, you will be charged from your site balance. From the moment of server creation, you may request a refund within 30 days, provided the server has not been downloaded and activated. A server becomes non-refundable once it runs for the first time and registers itself as active.
